  • Holiday Mountain Market: Greeters, servers, silent auction help and elves needed.
  • Event Leaders: Share your love of outings and help organize group activities.
  • Home-Delivered Meals: Local and mountain region deliveries for homebound residents. Personal vehicle and background check required. Free lunch voucher.
  • Mountain Peak Life Meals: Welcome guests at our social events as a greeter.

Foot Care with Nurse Debbie Neal:
Serves mountain older adults with toenail/skin care and a review of foot concerns. By appointment, October 9, downtown Nederland, $30 fee, sign up at 303-258-0799.



Celebrate the Holidays with your Community Neighbors: Mountain Peak Life will be hosting Thanksgiving Dinner on Friday, November 22nd and Christmas Dinner on Friday, December 20th at the Nederland Community Center. Chef prepared meals and holiday fun entertainment.

Corn Casserole
Oldies but Goodies Cookbook Recipe by Barbara Stiefer 

1 (16 oz. can) whole-kernel corn
1 (16 oz. can) creamed corn
2 eggs beaten
1 stick melted margarine
1 (8 oz. box) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 (8 oz. tub) sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar

Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients except cheese.
Put in greased 9"x13" glass casserole dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350˚.
When done, ingredients should be firm.
