Sunday June 20, Rockies vs Brewers
1:10pm game time, 10 game tickets available
Boulder County grant funding is to be used for activities that reduce rural isolation and depression in older adults through community events, activities, and outings. Long term outcomes from this grant award include improved or maintained health, increased connection, and reduced isolation.

This group is for Boulder County older adults (60+) with a diabetes diagnosis or those caring for someone with a diabetes diagnosis. The group is facilitated by a Registered Dietitian.
