Annual Outstanding Nederland Area Senior Award: 2024 Call for Nominations

The Outstanding Nederland Area Senior award seeks to honor a member of Nederland Area Seniors who has consistently demonstrated the following qualifications:
- Dedicated service to others over a significant period of time. Service to fellow older adults is looked favorably uponĀ
- Dedicated service to the Nederland area community
- Nominees must be 60+ and reside in the Nederland/Peak to Peak Area
Nomination Process and Deadlines
Nominations must include:
- Name and contact information of award nominee
- Name and contact information of the person making the nomination
- Specific examples of how the nominee has consistently demonstrated dedicated service to othersĀ
- Highlight any partnerships the nominee has built with Nederland Area Seniors Programs and Nederland Area Seniors activitiesĀ
- Discuss how the nominee’s service to others impacted the Nederland area community
Nominations must be submitted in writing to Nederland Area Seniors staff. This can be done by emailing info@mountainpeak.org or by dropping a hard copy off at the NAS office located at the Nederland Community Center.
- Nominations are due by 5:00pm on November 15th, 2024
- Award will be presented during our final in-person lunch on December 18, 2024
